How to Charge Crystals
Crystals are beautiful, lustrous, unique specimens often used in spiritual work and intention settings. You can use crystals within your life to enhance your intentions, empower you, balance your energy, and raise your frequency. There are many varieties of crystals, all holding specific properties and characteristics. All crystals have a range of natural frequencies, and some may work better for different uses. You can charge crystals, which is igniting the energy that exists within them and attuning them to a specific intention. When you charge a crystal, you activate its power, much like turning on a battery. When the crystal is activated, the energy within it begins to flow, and it can produce an energetic signal and receive energy as well.
Cleansing Your Crystal
Before charging any crystal, you first want to clear it of any negative energy or previous programming. Be creative with this, and use symbolism that helps you understand that you are cleansing the crystal. For example, you can imagine your hands exuding a white light penetrating the crystal and cleansing its energy field.

2. Moonlight is another option for crystal charging crystals. If you have previously charged a crystal, using moonlight will remove whatever energy is already present and should only be used if you are ready to charge it with a clean slate.
3. Both sand and earth are powerful energetic transmitters. Bringing your crystals to the beach or covering them with dirt outside can also help charge them using the earth's grounding energy.
4. You can also use your mind to charge a crystal if your intention is strong enough. While holding the crystal, imagine your hands flooding your energy into the stone. Visualize it becoming empowered and full of life force.
